This machine possesses full automatic system providing the packaging by putting bean cords separate nylon packages.

The electric system is controlled by PLC system. The movement systems of encapsulating machine are provided by pneumatic systems and redutor systems. This machine is produced in three separate working position related to organization, tonnage and production condition. The working positions are explained more clarified in following row. In first position, it can be used by conveyer line by putting 20 pieces of bean on it.

In second position, more useful working is provided by placing reserve machine having 124 pieces of bean place in opposite side.

In third position, it is used by placing reserve machine in opposite side, the rubbing machine in exit.

On the eve of ordering the encapsulating machine, first of all the machine is selected together with buyer and supplier related to the usage of the position.

The machine has compact structure, the preferred systems were applied, it makes possible to turn to other forms in the future.
